Best of Show Prize
Best of Show Winner will be awarded a conical fermenter, generously donated by The Respiratory Group (TRG) a subdivision of Essex Industries
The conical is made of 304 stainless steel, stands 50 inches tall, 16 inches in diameter. Full to the airlock hole holds 22 gallons. It has a half-inch pour valve and a 1.5 inch dump valve. The upper access hole is 4 inches in diameter.
